The candidate's responsibilities include:
* Standalone Payroller, integrating and operating a new system
* Managing the payroll for 6000 employees, driving the function for the business
* Being a point of contact for payroll queries
* Entering payroll information, calculating wages and making payments
* Dealing with a high-volume environment with large numbers of hourly paid timesheet staff.
* Providing regular ad-hoc statistics and reports
* Maintain enrolment records
* Update company budgets on a weekly basis
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Great communication, organisation and analytical skills
* The goal is to carry out payroll procedures with speed and accuracy, whilst maintaining vigilance in confidentiality
* Strong leadership qualities
* Showing the initiative to complete personal workload, whilst demonstrating key leadership skills of a manager-level finance position
* AAT and/or CIPP qualifications.
