Our client is a division of an enterprise level, international manufacturing business. To support their continued development and deliver further growth they are now looking to recruit a Head of Operations Finance as a key finance partner role in Supply Chain Operations to coordinate with business and finance teams globally to deliver timely and insightful analysis, provide decision support, contribute to the development and delivery of the organisation strategic plan.
The role will also provide controllership and guidance over the P&L, inventory and capital expenditure planning and management. In addition, the role will identify areas for improvement, including processes, systems and operations, and lead changes within finance and the organisation to achieve company goals.
The successful candidate will need to be:
*A qualified Accountant - ideally with a background in one of the larger accountancy firms
*Must have manufacturing / supply chain sector experience
*Be able to demonstrate a broad range of skills across all areas of finance
*Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders up to board level
*A hands on approach with excellent insight and analysis capability
*Any experience in a fast paced, rapidly expanding business, setting up processes and systems is highly advantageous.
The role will be based from the office as much as possible.
