This highly regarded and rapidly expanding organisation are seeking a forward-thinking Head of HR to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to Board, this newly created role will handle both the strategic and operational aspect of HR for the organisation and will require a strong leader of people who is experienced in stakeholder management.
Working autonomously to lead and manage the HR function, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the people management strategy within the business, managing a HR Team and create and implement HR strategy whilst working alongside business leaders.
The ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified, have experience of working in the care industry (particularly working under CQC regulations) and have previous experience working in a Head of HR or Director level position.
