In this role, you’ll take ownership of key areas of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency while staying close to the detail in a hands-on capacity. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK and other international teams, as well as building strong relationships with commercial stakeholders to help provide insight that supports decision-making and drives performance.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of financial operations across UK and international entities,

  • Lead the production of consolidated monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, KPI analysis and commentary

  • Manage and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting cycles

  • Act as a key finance contact for sales and commercial teams, providing analysis, challenge and support to drive business performance

  • Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, reporting and liaison with banking partners

  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support appropriate management of FX risks across the business

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external advisors, including audit, tax and legal

  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting, enhancing efficiency and quality of information

  • Provide actionable financial insight and recommendations based on business performance and market factors

  • Support senior finance leadership with analysis of external trends and their potential impact on the business

  • Continually review and strengthen cash management processes, ensuring visibility and effective control
