Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will be responsible for:
*Overseeing Purchase Ledger input - invoices and payments
*Production of credit notes with a critical review of information provided
*Weekly attendance report and completion of weekly reports for operational managers
*Bank reconciliations
*Journal entry
*Oversea Sales Ledger and credit control including new account set up
*Adhoc HR requirements
*Releasing sales orders and pro forma orders
*Commission calculations for the sales team
*Enter payments and keeping spreadsheets up to date
*Sagepay - Taking payments and posting to pro forma or account customers
*Attend meeting to cover for Finance Director
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:
*ACCA/ACA/CIMA/AAT qualified/studier with previous strong experiences within the finance function.
*Strong Excel skills
*Ability to adapt and pick up projects on an ad hoc basis.
