Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers full autonomy and responsibility within Finance alongside incredible flexibility in the hours worked during the week and possible working from home option - this role is perfect for an experienced individual who is looking to offer their wealth of experience managing the finances for the business alongside looking for great work life balance.

Key responsibilities include:
*Production of month end accounts
*Preparation and posting of journals
*Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
*P&L responsibility
*Budgeting & Forecasting
*Assist with Year end
*Provide analysis for variances against expectations and previous years
*Responsible for invoicing process
*Drive improvements & efficiencies in processes across the business
Person specification:
*Qualified or Qualified by experience
*Able to demonstrate team building skills and being a team player
*Good verbal and written communicator
*Attention to detail
*Proficient with Excel
*Able to work under pressure and deliver results
