Job description

​This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finance Business Partner to join a growing finance team during an exciting phase of expansion and development.

This is a highly commercial role where you will work closely with senior leadership and operational stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight, analysis, and strategic support to drive performance and informed decision-making.

  • Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial guidance and support business objectives.

  • Delivering meaningful financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes with key stakeholders.

  • Building financial models, scenario plans, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks

  • Monitoring business performance and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Working closely with department heads to drive efficiencies, optimise costs, and improve profitability.

  • Providing challenge and constructive support to non-finance stakeholders to ensure commercially sound decisions are made.

  • Communicating financial information clearly and effectively to senior management and operational teams.

  • Supporting the development and monitoring of key performance indicators across the business.

  • Ensuring financial processes and reporting remain compliant with company policies and internal controls.

  • Assisting with ad hoc commercial projects and strategic initiatives as required.

You will ideally be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with previous experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance roles, and will be looking to further develop both their commercial and analytical skill set.
