Our client is one of the largest employers in Leeds and they are currently looking to secure the services of a talented Finance Assistant to join their busy team. Due to increasing business volumes, they are currently looking to secure the services of a talented Finance Assistant.
This Finance Assistant role offers a great variety of tasks and whilst it is busy it is also described as a fun environment. Ideally you will have previous experience gained in a Finance role and be looking to secure a role that will offer variety and perhaps be a stepping stone.
Duties will include:
* Accounts Payable processing
* Query resolution
* Sale ledger processing
* Reconciliation of statements
* Assisting with management accounts during month end
This role will suit a candidate with previous accounts experience gained in a transaction role but looking to take on more varied responsibility. Good communication skills are essential to the role. The ability to work using your own initiative is something that our client is particularly keen for the successful candidate to demonstrate.
The role will be based in the clients Leeds centre office which is situated in an ideal location for transport links.
