The main duties of this role include:
* Processing and coding purchase invoices, matching them to purchase orders.
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Managing invoice queries.
* Assisting with sales ledger duties.
* Reconciling, coding & posting of monthly personal and company credit card expenses.
* Processing the monthly timesheets for payroll.
* Raising purchase orders
* Chasing customers for purchase orders
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger (essential)
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Good query resolution
* Sound IT knowledge (of Microsoft Excel and accounting software)
