Duties will include:
*Proactively support and embed a generative safety culture
*Manage, develop and, if necessary, implement computer systems to facilitate collection of debt
*Manage credit control resource (one report) to maximise cash collection
*Ensure cash receipts are posted to Sunsystems in a timely manner
*Production of daily banking summary
*Resolve customer queries with site and account management colleagues
*Produce and present ledger analysis to senior stakeholders
*Maintaining continuous professional development and competence for the role
*Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
The ideal individual with display the following attributes:
*Management of a credit control team
*Managing and reporting on a high-volume ledger
*Well-developed customer relations skills
*Understanding of systems and process
*Implementation of credit systems
*Awareness of the requirements of and confidence working with senior stakeholders
*Implementation of query management systems
*Strong excel and report writing ability
