The candidate's responsibilities will include:
*Collection of overdue accounts via phone, email & letter.
*Cash allocations.
*Minimising delay on scheduled payments through a high level of communication skills.
*Liaising with internal stakeholders.
*Reconciliation of customer statements to ledger position.
*Monitor & mange debts on the sales ledger.
*Ad-hoc duties to support the finance team.
*Weekly cashflow forecasting.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
*Experience of working in a fast-paced Credit Control environment.
*MS Office software proficiency (Pivot Tables, V Lookups).
*Ability to manage personal workload as well as working well in a team.
*Key communication skills across the finance team and the business on the whole.
*Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
