Duties:
* To be involved in all aspects of accounting and Management Information
* Assist with the development of internal systems and processes
* Providing IT support and working with the external IT provider to report and resolve issues
* Assist and support with all aspects of accounts office work
* Processing purchase ledger invoices and dealing with payments and queries
* Assisting with credit control
* Reconciliation work and preparing receipts for banking
* General ad hoc duties duties
Experience & Skills
* AAT studier
* Relevant IT experience in a work context
* Purchase and sales ledger experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work on own initiative as part of a small team
* Flexibility and willingness to be involved in all aspects of accounts office work
* Ability to work to deadlines and pay attention to detail
