Reporting into the Finance Manager you will assist the business to help deliver exceptional client service to all clients while leading, motivating and coaching a small team of 4 to meet set, pre agreed standards of service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Direct line management of 4 staff members, aid with training, development and coaching to ensure best practice throughout.
*Ensure all reconciliations are processed in a timely manner and that all accounts are reconciled to general ledger and incoming files / customer system.
*Assisting in the creation of new reconciliations, workflows and refinements and ensuring design of processes and reconciliations optimises efficiency.
*Creation of regular reporting on the status of the reconciliations and determine actions to be undertaken in order to meet internal and clients SLA's.
*Participate in and completes preparation of minutes of weekly reconciliation review meeting and driving forward the resolution of any issues.
*Ensure all sales invoices and payments are completed both efficiently and accurately.
*Building and maintaining relationships across the client portfolio.
*Provide clear reporting to the Finance Manager to enable escalation of issues to the business where appropriate.
*Proactively work with other areas of the business to resolve outstanding issues, via building excellent links and relationships with the teams within finance and the wider business, specifically operational servicing.

As Client Services Team Leader you will ideally have:
*Excellent leadership skills with a proven record in team management
*Experience of working within Financial Services
*Experience of working within medium/large companies.
*Strong Problem-solving skills.
*Sound understanding of double
*Positive 'can-do' attitude & Leadership qualities
*Experience and working knowledge of High-Volume Reconciliations.
*Good IT skills including Sage 50 and Excel
*Ability to meet tight deadlines
