Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-known Doncaster organisation in sourcing a Business/Process Improvement Analyst to work closely with the Senior Management Team.

The role will be identifying where business performance and processes may be improved by providing key support to the Senior Management Team across the organisation through analysis, interpreting and reporting data.

Furthermore, will be focussed around improving business processes through the application of appropriate tools and techniques. Perform process mapping to document and identify risks, controls and improvement opportunities whilst supporting and co-ordinate the activities of all teams to deliver their process improvements, reporting regularly to the SMT and on problem-solving activities by analysing data to support decision-making in process improvements.

Responsibilities include:
*Assess AP/AR function
*Develop and deliver reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis which drives effective management decision making
*Accurately report opportunities to support site objectives in terms of cost, lead time, inventory and efficiency improvements
*Provide support to ensure sound financial control procedures exist throughout the business
*Measure the cost and effectiveness of business initiatives and proactively recommend where improvements could be made ie: through gap and trend analysis providing timely and relevant commentary
*Support in review and redesign of business processes to continually improve service delivery and business performance

Ideally you will have experience working in a finance role in a manufacturing environment alongside strong Business Systems experience. You can be successful in this position if you can prioritise and work on own initiative, you can multitask and organise efficiently and interact with all levels within the organisation.
