Your role will consist of assisting the Directors manage existing portfolio companies whilst also identifying potential investment opportunities and managing various elements of the deal process through to completion. On the portfolio management side, you will help monitor and manage portfolio companies through their growth cycle and ultimately to a successful exit.

To be considered you will need to have qualified with a major national or international firm of accountants and have up to date professional practice experience, including experience in transaction services (due diligence) or corporate recovery. Academically you will be a high achiever with a strong pass record in addition to having first class inter-personal skills, an interest in corporate finance and funding and a wider commercial knowledge.
