The main duties of the role are to include:
*Post all bank transactions
*Purchase ledger processing
*Sales Ledger processing
*Chasing overdue dept from individual clients / contracts
*Bank reconciliations
*Ensure all purchase invoices for the month are inputted on Xero
*Flag overdue invoices to relevant contact
*Secure payment dates for overdue invoices
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office packages
*Knowledge of software packages such as Xero
*Empathetic, understanding and compassionate
*Solid team working skills
*Ability to communicate appropriately, sensitively and maintain confidentiality
*Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
*Excellent attention to detail
