The main duties and responsibilities are to include:
Sales ledger support
*Daily sales invoices
*Daily cashflow update
*Bank postings
*Bank reconciliations
*Processing of oversees credits
*Non cost of sales purchase ledger
*Managing petty Cash
*Company Credit cards & expenses
This role would suit an individual who is looking to develop their career within accounts and finance over the long term with the business happy to support in gaining additional qualifications to support your growth.
Ideally you will have good Excel skills, being familiar with V-Lookups and Pivot Tables and have a working knowledge of Sage 50 / Xero.
