The main duties of the role include:
*Purchase Ledger
*Managing invoice processing, which includes recording and raising invoices, and matching them to receipts
*Credit control & ensuring invoices terms are met, and dealing with disputes
*Liaising with relevant departments to handle with queries
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Excellent communication skills
*Purchase Ledger experience preferred but not essential
*Confident with a larger volume of invoice processing
*Advanced IT skills (particularly in Microsoft Office)
*Knowledgeable in ERP systems
