Due to growth and a recent successful acquisition, we are looking for an Accounts and Office Manager to join this fantastic client based in York. The successful candidate will join a small team in the North Yorkshire office and will become part of a friendly, creative working environment.

Working as part of the administration and finance team the duties will include:

*Maintaining Customer Service Levels
*Management Support
*Elements of Accounting/ Financial Processing/ Grants Management/ Payroll
*Elements of HR
*Training support/ Course bookings
*Compliance/ Insurances
*Building Management
*IT/ Phone Support Coordination
*Complaints Handling
*General Administrator Support

Ideally you will have:

*Experience with finance software- specifically Xero (desirable but not essential)
*Experience with CRM & ERP Systems (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent customer service ethic

*Exceptional organisational and time management skills
*Can-do attitude and great problem-solving skills
*Experience working with HR, Finance & IT
* Previous Office Management experience
The office is based in a beautiful rural location and has excellent transport links, as well as free parking.
