My client is recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger to join their finance function.
*Checking despatch notes prior to invoicing and make amendments where necessary
*Processing invoices on SAP Business One system
*Reporting sales figures to Commercial Department
*Credit Control for subsidiary Company
*Assist within the Finance Department as and when required
*Plus any other reasonable duties at the request of senior management.
Key skills required:
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Processing high volumes of documents – invoice volumes approximately 1000 per week
*Good communication skills both internally and externally, verbally and written
*Ability to work as part of a team, but on own initiative
*Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure invoicing is done as prompt as possible
