We are currently recruiting someone with payroll experience to join a successful company based in Leeds as a payroll administrator.
Payroll duties include, but not limited to;
*Process payroll from start to finish
*Calculations for incentives, bonuses, maternity, sick pay etc
*Process new starters and leavers
*Upload pension information
*Deal with any pay related queries
*Liaise with payroll auditors
*Complete ad hoc analysis and reporting on payroll related costs
*Send payroll costings to Finance
The ideal candidate;
*Previous experience of payroll
*Computer Literate including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Ability to prioritise your workload
*Efficient in a fast paced environment
*Punctual, reliable and conscientious
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the payroll department.
