We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant in Bradford area, the company is a market leading niche manufacturing business with a global presence. They are internationally recognised for both their passion and cutting-edge advanced manufacturing techniques.

The role of Management Accountant involves working closely with the Divisional Financial Controller.

Duties include:
*Assist in the daily operations of the department including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting in accordance with GAAP and provide analysis within the timelines provided by Corporate.
*Maintain fixed asset inventory register.
*Maintain Company’s intangible assets register.
*Maintain all established accounting policies between UK and US GAAP.
*Maintain the correct mapping of the general ledger in HFM.
*Maintain financial controls to ensure Corporate Sarbanes Oxley policies and procedures compliant.
*Perform account reconciliations.
*Any other duties as assigned within the job holder’s capabilities.

This list of duties scratches the surface in terms of what you will have the opportunity to get involved with. Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA qualified with previous experience within a management accountant/financial accountant position working closely with stake holders within the wider business. Experience working within manufacturing is desirable but not essential. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong Excel skills.

This role would be ideal for someone who wants to progress quickly within the organisation as there will be plenty of development opportunities.
