An interim HR Advisor opportunity has arisen at a fantastic financial organisation based in Leeds for a period of at least 6 months.

Owing to an extensive ongoing transformation project, this diverse business requires additional assistance to handle some of the generalist HR workload. Reporting in to the COO and HRBP, the Advisor will handle any ER case work, coaching and advising line managers in all matters of policy, procedure and best practice.

Additionally, it will be required to work on various HR initiatives; develop and update policies; assist with various administrative duties including new starter processes, compensation and benefits, overseeing manual and computerised personnel files including training; and liaison with an external payroll provider.

The ideal candidate will be either full or part qualified CIPD and have experience gained in an advisory capacity preferably within banking, finance, professional services or legal profession. You must be able to work in the strictest of confidence, have strong Excel skills and very much be customer focused and a people person. You should have a methodical mind-set and be highly organised, able to carry out a varied administrative workload.
