Doncaster Accounts Administrator Opportunity

The Duties
-Sales billing
-Set up purchase/sales ledger accounts
-Carry out and check customer credit ratings
-Set up customers on system
-Process purchase and sales invoices
-Input purchase invoices to system
-Payment schedule
-Emailing suppliers to request statements
-Supplier queries
-Allocation of purchase ledger payment & other payments
-Bank reconciliation for all bank and cash book
-Cover for processing and posting petting cash
-Reconcile reports and make sure all goods dispatched to customer are billed for each day and week

Desired Skills and Experience
-High level of maths ability
-Good IT skills (basic of excel)
-Understanding of sales / purchase ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation
